GLOBAL VALUES NETWORK EVENTS

8. Global Values Network has taken every reasonable measure to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the events calendar and its contents, no warranty, whether express or implied is given in respect of the availability of seats for any event.

9. Global Values Network shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss whatsoever due to overbooking or where any scheduled Global Values Network event is cancelled.

9.1. Should any event be cancelled, Global Values Network undertakes to refund any monies paid by the user.

9.2. In the event where you, the user, cancels any booking an administration fee of 15% will be levied for such cancellation.

SUBSCRIPTION TO GLOBAL VALUES NETWORK

10. Subscription to the Global Values Network partner site is voluntary and subject to payment of subscription fees, which is non-refundable.

11. All paid-up subscriptions will be valid for a minimum of twelve-months. Subscriptions are not renewed automatically at the end of the subscription period. Reminders to renew subscriptions will be sent to each subscriber at the end of the subscription period.

12. Global Values Network reserves the right to cancel access of any subscriber who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

13.
